As the Mid-Autumn Festival approached,CNGR’s 10 industrial sites worldwide marked the occasion with a variety of activities,from hands-on crafts and festive games to visits to frontline teams and special holiday meals.Across countries and cultures,the celebrations brought people together and reflected CNGR’s Value Driven philosophy.
Tongren Industrial Site:Birthdays,Festive Games and Appreciation for Frontline Teams
Ahead of the festival,CNGR Tongren Industrial Site(Listed Entity)organized a series of Mid-Autumn activities.
At a group birthday celebration,employees enjoyed light-hearted games and shared birthday cake.A traditional Chinese-style festival fair featured lantern riddles,pitch-pot,ring toss,balance-ball games and a mooncake-themed challenge,filling the venue with festive energy.
Later that day,company representatives visited four production areas and delivered mooncakes,snacks,drinks and other holiday gifts to frontline teams,bringing a sense of celebration to employees who remained at their posts during the holiday.
The site will continue to support employees and strengthen connections across the team,recognizing that CNGR’s development is built on the contribution of every employee.
Ningxiang Industrial Site:Handmade Traditions and Friendly Competition
CNGR Ningxiang Industrial Site held a Mid-Autumn celebration themed“A Joyful Mid-Autumn Festival,Warmth Across CNGR.”
Employees made snow-skin mooncakes and traditional lanterns,experiencing Mid-Autumn traditions through hands-on activities.A quiz brought together questions on festival customs and CNGR corporate culture,while pitch-pot challenges drew cheers as participants competed for the best shots.
Beyond celebrating traditional culture,the event also gave employees an opportunity to reconnect with CNGR’s corporate culture and enjoy time together as a team.
Qinzhou Industrial Site:Festive Activities Across the Site
CNGR Qinzhou Industrial Site organized a Mid-Autumn fair themed“Fragrance of Osmanthus,Joy of Mid-Autumn.”
The main event was held in the site cafeteria,with additional activity points at the C8 office building,the hydrometallurgy area and the pyrometallurgy area.
Employees joined bo bing,a traditional Mid-Autumn dice game,made snow-skin mooncakes,tried Jade Rabbit ring toss,created moon-themed paintings and took part in emoji idiom guessing.
Smaller pop-up activities at dining areas offered fortune draws,lantern riddles and other quick games,making it easy for employees across different work areas to join the celebration.
With activities available across several locations,more employees were able to take part and enjoy the festive atmosphere together.
Kaiyang Industrial Site&Xingyang Mining:Handmade Traditions Bring People Together
At CNGR Kaiyang Industrial Site,a Mid-Autumn fair in the cafeteria featured three hands-on areas for mooncake making,lantern making and traditional herbal sachets,alongside interactive games and mystery-box prize draws.
Employees made mooncakes,assembled traditional-style lanterns and prepared herbal sachets.Between activities,they exchanged crafting tips and shared Mid-Autumn customs from their hometowns.
The handmade creations reflected the hopes and festive spirit of CNGR’s phosphorus-based materials team,while the games and prizes added to the relaxed atmosphere.
At the same time,Xingyang Mining held an immersive Mid-Autumn fair themed“Full Moon,Warm Reunion.”Employees enjoyed games,traditional cultural activities and food tasting while spending time together during the festival.
Across Cultures and Borders,Under the Same Moon
While celebrations were taking place across CNGR’s sites in China,industrial sites in Indonesia,Morocco and South Korea also marked the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Chinese and international employees celebrated together,experiencing Mid-Autumn traditions and sharing the joy of the occasion far from home.
The activities brought together Chinese traditions and local cultural elements.For CNGR employees working overseas,they offered a taste of home;for international colleagues,they were an opportunity to learn more about Chinese culture and connect with their teammates.
From China to Indonesia,and from South Korea to Morocco,CNGR employees celebrated in their own ways under the same full moon,sharing a sense of reunion across the global CNGR family.
